6 Reasons to Start a Blog
I’ve been reading healthy living blogs since the beginning of the summer, and I have finally decided to start my own. Here are my reasons:
1) I just started my senior year of college. Although I’ve done a pretty good job of staying active and moderately healthy the past three years, I really want to create a good platform upon which I can base my post-gradation lifestyle.
2) I am only taking 12 credits this semester. It’s the perfect time to start focusing on what I eat and how I exercise.
3) I spent my summer in NYC and came home with an excess of 7 pounds on my body…accomplished in 2 months. I’d like to get down to where I used to be- and I want to do so through exercise and healthy eating.
4) Two of my favorite things in the world are writing and eating…so why not combine the two? I’m an English major, and I hope to be able to write for a living one day!
5) I get to take pictures of my Arch’s frozen yogurt and make everyone jealous.
6) I’m about to go to the grocery store.
Off to Kroger- hopefully I’ll come back with some good food for the week!
